1. Open your MS Calculator.
    Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Calculator (OR)
    Start -> Run -> Type calc -> Enter.

2. Now open the Help Window of Calculator by pressing F1 Button.

3. Right Click on the TOP LEFT Corner of the Help window.
4. Select Jump To URL.

Select Jump to URL
From the menu.

5. Enter the full website address. (http://www.ihacc.co.cc)

      Windows Help.

Enter Full website Address.
Don't Forget "http://"

6. Thats All.

Note:
You can use this same procedure in Notepdad also.
Don't forget to give http:// in website address. It is must.
